About the Role Video editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. You’ll be editing both podcast content and lifestyle/business vlogs, turning raw footage into engaging videos that keep viewers watching. If you know how to make conversations feel dynamic, create cinematic moments, and edit with the YouTube algorithm in mind, we’d love to see your work. Objectives of the Role Cut dead space, improve pacing, and maintain viewer retention. Add B-roll, motion graphics, captions, zooms, sound effects, and music where appropriate. Color correct and mix audio. Design compelling intros and transitions. Deliver videos optimized for YouTube. Organize project files and meet deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience editing YouTube podcasts and vlogs. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects is a plus).
