This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging and innovative projects within the material handling industry, supporting the design and delivery of complex industrial systems and structures. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide project execution, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality engineering deliverables.Key Responsibilities: • Lead structural engineering efforts for material handling projects from concept through final design and construction support. • Perform structural analysis and design utilizing applicable codes, industry standards, and client specifications. • Develop and review structural models and analyses using RISA-3D and other engineering software tools. • Utilize 3-D modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural performance and optimize designs. • Review and approve engineering calculations, fabrication drawings, and detail drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance. • Manage project schedules, engineering deliverables, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. • Mentor and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
