Tailored Smoke ATL is an upscale cigar lounge and social destination designed to bring together premium cigars, elevated dining, and exceptional hospitality in a sophisticated atmosphere.
Job Summary Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional, personalized service with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism
· Welcome every guest with a genuine, inviting presence and create a memorable first impression
· Manage reservations, seating flow, wait times, and guest requests with confidence and attention to detail
· Escort guests to their tables or designated areas and ensure they are comfortable upon arrival
· Recognize returning guests, VIP members, and special occasions whenever possible
· Maintain a strong knowledge of the lounge, events, amenities, and guest offerings
· Learn our cigar offerings and humidor inventory and become comfortable discussing cigars with guests
· Be open to continuous cigar education and learning the characteristics, profiles, and selections we carry
· Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance
· Assist with guest needs throughout their visit—not simply at arrival or departure
· Handle busy periods calmly while maintaining the same level of courtesy, attentiveness, and service excellence
