Customer Service Representative (Remote – Phoenix, AZ)
Phoenix, Arizona
This role starts with very short in-office training — after that, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely from home with company-provided equipment.
Duties include:
Answer and manage 60+ inbound calls per day, plus customer emails and live chats
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer
Accurately document and resolve cases in a timely manner
Stay organized and calm while juggling multiple tasks in a high-volume call center
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of call center experience handling 60+ calls per day (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, patience, and adaptability
A dedicated home workspace, secure internet connection, and a phone reachable during business hours
Bilingual Spanish a plus
