You will be held to a high standard — and given every resource to meet it.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company-provided delivery van on your assigned daily routeDeliver packages to residential and commercial locations accurately and on timePerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain your van in clean, road-ready conditionSort and stage your route for maximum efficiency prior to departureRepresent the company professionally in all customer and public interactionsNavigate routes using GPS and the Amazon delivery appHandle and deliver packages up to 50 lbs safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate delivery records in compliance with company and Amazon standardsProvide route rescue support to teammates as neededPerform all duties safely across varying weather conditions and route typesQualificationsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 21 years of age or olderValid driver's license issued in the state of employment — clean driving record requiredAbility to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodationStrong work ethic, professional conduct, and consistent attendanceCommitment to safe, attentive driving at all timesAbility to work independently and manage a route without constant supervisionProficiency or willingness to learn smartphone-based delivery and navigation toolsAvailability to work 4 days per week, 10+ hours per dayPrior delivery or driving experience a plus — not requiredSchedule & Position DetailsThis is a physically demanding, field role. Associates will be on their feet and on the road for shifts of 8–11 hours. Routes and schedules may vary based on volume and peak season demands.
